We will gladly refund or replace an item if a problem in delivery arises from an error on our part. Sorry, but we cannot provide free replacements if we are given incorrect information by the customer or if there is a situation beyond our control, such as someone being out of town when a package arrives or bad weather which hampers the delivery of the package. USDA regulations forbid reshipment or resale of an item the has been returned to us- it must be discarded. Our Policy reflects our compliance with regulations.

It’s always a good idea to check with each person on your gift list to make sure that no one has moved and that each person will be in town to receive his gift. This is especially important during the major holiday seasons when many people travel to visit family and friends. And remember to order 2-3 weeks early during the Thanksgiving-Christmas season. Get your orders in as early as you can, and we’ll work them up and ship them to arrive by the date needed.
